What It’s Like Working With Us

At Coto World and Coto Japanese Academy, our mission is to help learners use their Japanese knowledge to improve their lives and make meaningful connections. This includes creating new opportunities in work and building the confidence to participate fully in life in Japan.

This mission directly shapes how we work as a marketing team. We are constantly evolving, learning, and refining what we do. Our team is dynamic and collaborative: we share ideas openly, test new strategies, evaluate results, and execute thoughtfully. We keep humans at the center of every decision. Always.

We also adopt a hyrid working system. Our team works twice a week in the office and remotely for the rest. Working hours are flexible, but tasks and meetings will generally take place during regular office hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
